Marlo Lincoln, President and Owner of Impress One Event Services (IOES) is no stranger to the event planning industry. Marlo has brought her considerable talents to set designs, product and promotional launches, corporate events, non-profit fundraising events, social events, such as weddings, birthdays and comedy shows to name a few. To each event she creates, Marlo brings her own unique style, in-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends, and a team of creative and energetic partners to make IOES clients’ dreams come true.

With over a decade of experience in event planning, her depth of knowledge is invaluable. Although event planning can be intimidating for some, Marlo’s warm and passionate personality, along with attention to detail has impressed many in her success and client satisfaction. Marlo’s experiences provide her with a plethora of information to share with her clients, which ultimately transition to a flawless execution. 

When she is not impressing people with her extravagant events, she enjoys making a difference in the community and having fun with her social club Positive Sisterhood DC. Marlo is also a big advocate of work-life balance and enjoys spending quality time with her beloved family.
Cherie Mason, CMP, Owner/EVP
Cherie will impress you right from the start. She adds glamour to the event management process, combining a background in meeting & event planning, marketing, fundraising and education with over fifteen years of experience with association events. After working at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, DC, Cherie eventually migrated south to the community of Southern Maryland area as Owner and Executive Vice President for Impress One Event Services designing marketing tools, meetings and events for clients in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

​Cherie grasp the opportunity to plan and execute several key meetings and high profile events for the ADEA Leadership Institute. Cherie used her gift of networking and resources to secure several high profile honorary keynote speakers to include Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. daughter and Emory Scholar; Elder Bernice King and Rhodes Scholar, White House Fellow and Author; Wes Moore for the institute meetings, receptions and galas.

Cherie works on the front end of the planning phase alongside partners helping each client find options for a unique venue, concept and design for their special event. She then works diligently to make sure a client's exceptional vision comes to life as you only have one time to make a good first impression!

Partnering in 2012, Impress One Event Services is designed to meet the needs of the ever-changing social world. Impress One Event Services, staff of three, with numerous contract vendors, plans events, assist in marketing events to clients and reaching out in new joint venture endeavors. 

Impress One Events is, in part, the answer to the demands of the social world, on the working family, a heavily-burdened office or a special occasion in the need of special "Signature Event". As an event business, we understand the needs of public and private organizations as well as individuals. Impress One Event Services, strives to accomplish these goals in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

Christina “Chris” has always had the passion for planning from the creative side, with a flair for fashion and visual concept design. She has impeccable taste and a style that is adjacent to the latest trends while she still manages to set her own style. 

Owner and Vice President of Impress One Event Services (IOES), Chris is committed to bring her unique style and panache to event planning. Early in her career, Chris was a professional hair stylist showcasing her creativity and flamboyance with the latest styles and cultivating the runway in regional hair shows. With a large clientele beside her, Chris became professionally trained as a make-up artist and fashion designer to enhance her career.  

Despite the fact that her entrepreneurial and competitive spirit started to shine through in her work, her passion for design and fashion had grown and challenged her to try new adventures. For years, family and friends called on her to plan and coordinate array of events so she started to develop the interest for event planning. As word of her planning skills spread through the grapevine, she began receiving requests for services through referrals. Her interest in event planning started blossoming into something she dreamed to do professionally.
